Option 1: Scheduling Upon Supply Verification
Once you have purchased all materials on your supply list (including your tile):
- Take a photo of the tile and your purchase receipt.
- Send the photos to us via text or email.
- Receive your date: We will provide a firm installation date for your Backsplash – Lanai – Beyond the Backsplash project on our calendar once supplies are confirmed on-site.
Best for clients wishing to reserve a specific slot before purchasing supplies.
Option 2: Secure a Date in Advance
- Deposit: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure and hold your spot on our calendar.
- Credit: The $100 deposit is applied directly to the final cost of your job upon completion.
- Purpose: This fee reserves your exclusive appointment time, ensuring it is not booked by another customer.
